A Day in the Life: Episode 35 - Community Care Part 3

HTS has a long tradition of serving our local community. A vital component of the Connections program is to ensure that there is a reciprocal relationship between our local community partners and Holy Trinity School. In Part Three of a three part series on Community Care, we sit down with one of our Connections partners for the month of January, Inn From the Cold, to explore how they have expanded their services during the pandemic. We discuss how they continue to work with people in a respectful, dignified, non-judgmental manner while providing them with a safe and positive environment. In the same episode, our Media and PR Prefect, Jeslyn interviews two HTS students who reflect on how their participation in the Coldest Night of the Year Walk raised money to help people in York Region who are experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness.
